This weekend would be a good weekend to head to the Carmike 7, Century Stadium 14 or Century East at Dawley Farm.

Two new movies are opening this weekend:

"Oz the Great and Powerful" stars Mila Kunis, James Franco, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and Abigail Spencer.

When Oscar Diggs, a small-time circus magician with dubious ethics, is hurled away from dusty Kansas to the vibrant Land of Oz, he thinks he's hit the jackpot-fame and fortune are his for the taking-that is until he meets three witches, Theodora, Evanora and Glinda, who are not convinced he's the great wizard everyone's been expecting.

"Dead Man Down" stars Colin Farrell, Terence Howard, Domonic Hooper and Noomi Rapace.

"The director of the original "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", makes his American theatrical debut with the new action thriller, Dead Man Down. The film features two strangers who are irresistibly drawn to one another by their mutual desire for revenge."
