If you're looking to make a career change, have you ever given Produce Butcher a thought? It's apparently the new thing.

A grocery store in New York's Bryant Park opened last week that features a Produce Butcher who will chop, dice and mince your veggies for you.

The cost is $1 per pound, or per priced item. It depends on the vegetable and how you want it prepared.

The Produce Butcher isn't the only upscale innovation being offered at the new Manhattan location. The grocery store also has three full-service restaurants, including a sushi restaurant and the Harbor Bar, which serves wine and 24 beers on tap.

Sounds very similar to what the Sioux Falls Hy-Vee stores now offer - minus the Produce Butcher of course.
