Soon you will be able to do all of your shopping and get a delicious sandwich at the Lake Lorraine development. The Las Vegas-based Capriotti's, which specializes in hand crafted sandwiches, is setting up a location this summer.

Some of the restaurants most popular sandwiches include the ‘Thanksgiving leftover sandwich.’ with a touch of stuffing and cranberries in addition to the turkey and the Capastrami, made with hot pastrami, the Cole Turkey and the cheesesteak.

According the the Argus Leader, Chief Development Officer David Bloom said in an emailed statement:

“We have made significant strides over the past year in improving operations, efficiency and technology, all while still providing our fresh, house-made menu items,”

 

 

The owners are planning on opening three more locations within the next three years. The company plans to expand to 500 locations nationwide by 2025. What other restaurants would you like to see come to town?
