It was announced last week that after 20 years there will be no more Sioux Falls Ribfest. The same thing could be said about Yankton's Rockin' Ribfest!

This will be the first year since 1998 that Sioux Falls will not ring in summer with Ribfest as organizers throw in the wet nap.

I have several things that I look forward to each summer in Sioux Falls. One of them is Ribfest.

Celebrate the 20th anniversary of Ribfest with great music and tasty ribs.

You might know Kory of "Kory & the Fireflies" is one of the nicest, most talented guys you'll meet. But check out this stuff I'll bet you didn't know about Kory.

I can already smell the ribs. RibFest is June 2 - 5, 2016 at the W.H. Lyon Fairgrounds. Camping is back this year and the entertainment lineup is among the best we've seen. RibFest kicks off Thursday, June 2, 2016 with headliners Big Head Todd and the Monsters, along with Cracker and Anchondo...

This year's RibFest will return to the W. H. Lyon Fairgrounds after record-breaking attendance last year.

Funny how almost four inches of rain over two days can change the complexion of the landscape.
