Urban Street Hoodrat Ducks Hangin’ On A Fence. You Ever See This Before?

My wife opened the deck door one morning this week and noticed there were 2 ducks standing on top of the 6-foot fence that surrounds the neighbors house.

I have never see ducks perch on a fence in the middle of any Sioux Falls neighborhood.  Or any city neighborhood for that matter.  There is no pond, river, or lake around this housing development.

I don't know if they were just tuckered out after a long flight and decided to spend some down time in the hood.  Or perhaps they'd heard great things about the area and thought it might be a good place to drop some eggs and raise a family.  Don't know.  But I think it's kinda cool.
