Woman Isn’t Happy About It Winning ‘Best Butt’ Award at Her Job

Being a server at a restaurant isn't easy, and sometimes, it seems especially harder for women. But when you receive an award, it is a great accomplishment. Knowing that you have finally been recognized for all of your hard work.

But winning an award for "Best Butt," some people may have a problem with that.

An Indianapolis woman, who works at Scotty's Brewhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, says she was shocked and appalled after receiving an award from her employer for having the "Best Butt" on staff.

She allegedly took the issue to human resources, who instead of apologizing and offering a solution, was told that it was "not their idea." The situation gets even more frustrating, because the server claims that she cannot afford to quit her job. The woman has consulted with an attorney and is considering filing a complaint with the EEOC.
