Hero Cat Story Follow Up

The viral video of four year old Jeremy Triantafilo being attacked by their neighbor's dog and then being saved by the Triantafilo's family cat has been seen on You Tube over 800,000 times and millions more have seen it on TV news programs. The questions people have been asking since are: how is the boy and what will happen to the dog?

The Triantafilo family were interviewed on the Today show with Tara, the hero cat, Thursday morning.

Young Jeremy received ten stitches in his leg to close a couple of deep wounds. The dog was turned over to Animal Control and will likely be put down.

Tara the cat is sleeping wherever she wants and eating like the hero she is.
