Meet A Four-Year-Old Mayor [VIDEO]

Dorset, Minnesota has only 22 residents, (depending on whom you ask), and every year they draw a name out of a hat and make that citizen mayor for a year.

Four-year-old Mayor Robert Tufts doesn't have a lot of duties weighing him down, so he has plenty of time for his girlfriend, (just one so far), Sophia and fishing. He is also a bit of a song and dance man. And completely adorable!
