Is there anything that isn't better when cooked on a smoker? Since we got our Traeger Pellet Grill I've developed an unhealthy relationship with my smoker.
After about a 12 year run my propane grill gave up the ghost. I decide to replace it a wood pellet grill. Anyone have any tips for cooking on one of these fellas?
